  3. Loved reading your translation.

    One line of this song which I don't get the meaning of from the time I first heard this song is "Penpaal Kønda Širutheevu".
    Your translation of this "The girl who is like an island" line too is not convincing to me.

    Literal meaning of the line would be "An island owned by Womanhood" or "Womanhood's island".
    Taking the literal meaning or even considering your translation as the right one, I still couldn't comprehend what the lyricist intended to convey by equating her with an island.
    Somebody who sees this comment throw some light on it. Thank you.
